Q: is there a heavy traffic arm available?
A:
Unfortunately no, theres only one grade or caliber of arm available for your overhead closer. Imagine youre getting a cracking in the area where the spindle seats between the arm in the arm block and the only answer that Ive suggested to other clients to have a small quantity of back stock of that arm so that it can be replaced immediately.
Q: Thanks for the quick response, and you are absolutely correct on the breaking point.

Ive seen this failure in the past, more so with certain manufacturers than others, though the frequency that I see these is obviously proportional to the quantity of the installed base of these door closers. I sent you a quote for the arm and we generally keep them in stock can we do accept purchase orders from organizations such as yours.
