A: Thank you
for sending the question and the attached photograph.
I believe that it's possible for you to make this installation work except that you'll have to consider the following conditions that will need to be mitigated.
I see the kick plate attached to the door and I would anticipate that you will need to remove the bottom row of screws and then surface mount the automatic door bottom to the face of the kick plate and then redrill through the kick plate and into the door to attach the door bottom to the face of the door or alternatively you can consider ordering a new kick plate that it has a custom height so as to account for the automatic door bottom applied.
that's will be the easy part -
I do notice that you have your storm door closer mounted at the bottom of the door with the bracket mounting it to the jamb. You will need to consider modifying that bottom bracket so as to accommodate the thickness of the body of the automatic door bottom or alternatively I expect that since there are 2 - you could consider simply removing that bottom door altogether. Naturally I would recommend an automatic door bottom that would not reside in this place where you have the conflict of the storm door closer and the kick plate however seeing that your door is a metal-clad design you cannot use one that is going to be more dust in the bottom of the door most likely however a very realistic solution is to use the same door bottom that you have right now but simply mounted on the pull side or the interior of the door and utilize a custom piece of hardware provided by this manufacturer which is known as the Pemko CAM500 Cam for Automatic Door Bottoms

Which will simply permit the installation of the item on the interior of the door.
Of course we like to have that initial line of defense as close to the exterior of the opening as [possiblee however I might be very cautious when removing that storm door closer because if the manufacturer of that door engineered and tested that door unit to work with two door closers it is quite likely the proper safe operation of the storm door will require two door closers - you will want to be cautious when preceding. Assuming you want to install the door bottom on the exterior of the opening you might remove that storm door closer and test the operation of that storm door prior to proceeding with a purchase.
Please do let us know how this installation turns out.
