Q: The Mag Key that came out of the 390DEL would you have one ?
A: I think we do. 390DEL is old, not sold anymore. The new 490DEL doesn’t come with one.
We think the keyfobs we have will work. Hopefully!

Q: As it is there is a 5 second push on the door then a alarm starts a 15 second count down them the door unlocked Looking for a 1 or zero push to start the count down Thanks 612.369.5980 cell Larry
A: Larry - I understand you stating the "delayed" feature of the Locknetics 390DEL is no longer an ideal behavior for your application and wonder if the standard 15 second time delay can be modified.
I believe a workable solution can be reviewed on page 9 here:

Please review the SW4-2 & SW4-3 jumpers. When set to Right Hand position you should achieve a "DELAYED EGRESS
DISABLED" condition. Please take a moment and let me know if this works for you (please disconnect the power first).

Q: Needing to verify if there is a sic: column [volume] adjustment on the referenced delayed egress device. The device/door is on a rear corridor that is not always staffed and the alarm is NOT loud enough for staff to detect it’s activation
A: There is no volume control on the Locknetics 390DEL but why no add an annunicator to terminals 7 & 8 as seen on page 9 of the installation instructions as seen here:

and locate it closer to your staff location.
