Q: Hello, I am writing because I am trying to buy in bulk the lock cylinder for the cat 74 key. I need to install and replace a lot of locks and wondering what lock cylinder(s) use this key??
A: Several locks from the Bobrick line use the Cat 74 key. We can absolutely sell you the required locks but need to know the model of Bobrick item you require the replacement cylinder for. Please forward photos of all units needing cylinder replacement to our sales department.

Q: I know you're a distributor for Bobrick and I watched a number of your YouTube videos to see if I could find the answer. I am a manager of a company located in a building that has a cleaning company that comes in at night. A number of times our toilet paper dispenser has run out of paper during the day or when we work on the weekend and needed a new roll which I keep in reserve. I purchased the CAT 74 key from Amazon. It opens the unit fine but after replacing the roll the key will not relock the unit. Am I doing something wrong?
A: Please reply to this email with photographs of the toilet paper dispenser unit that you have.
