The background story was the client required the mounting plate only from the AJW U126 Vertical Wall Mounted Liquid Soap Dispenser however the manufacturer does not provide that plate as a separate stand-alone product and we suggested that they attempt to use the Bobrick 4112-23 Replacement Wall Plate as a possible solution and through follow up with the clients after receipt of the order they confirmed that it was thoroughly compatible.

A: This happens only as a matter of inconsistent maintenance according to the manufacturers guidelines. I have emailed you a quote for a replacement vertical soap dispenser.

A: I would suggest not removing it as the replacement sight glass is not available.
