Q: Can I load soap into this unit form above the counter?
A: Absolutely yes - the standard refill procedure is where you unthread the conical shaped discussion and pull the entire soap spout out along with the tube and then fill it through the top of the vanity using a funnel.
Q: Any way to get this globe collar in metal, seems a lot of the same issue with this collar?
