Q: Yes, but when we received it, it was missing the wall plate. So I wanted to see if this would fit it.
A: The long answer is a bit contorted but here it is: I spoke to Nancy at Bobrick. I asked Nancy if the 4112-23 wall plate would work on the B-2112 soap dispenser. She answered that question by saying the wall plate number is a Bobrick 113-25 and it would indeed work on both the B-2112 and the B-4112 soap dispensers.
Having said this, the Bobrick 113-25 appears in an Installation Instruction sheet as seen here:

This set of instructions show the 113-25 but show it as a constituent part of the 4112-23 Wall plate Assembly which is comprised of the 113-25 wall plate, screws, BobKey.
The short answer is yes, the 4112-23 will work with the Bobick B-2112 soap dispenser.
