Pemko has a minimum order requirement. Orders smaller than the required minimum have a longer lead time as we need to consolidate onto a "stock" order. If you need a faster lead time, simply exceed the minimum order amount.

Note: Pemko, the manufacturer has historically taken requests to hand this automatic door bottom properly handed per the clients required application prior to shipping. Effective September of 2016 Pemko stated that they no longer require a handle qualification to the hardware as they no longer send it out any other hand other than right hand. Pemko has provided reversing instructions, that are linked to below , for the client to use to rehand or to reverse the hand of their 412 series automatic door bottoms. Please fully review the reversing instructions prior to purchasing this item as the factory has stated that they will only send out right hand units. Returns are not accepted for units shipped not compliant with the customers ultimate needs.
