Pemko has a minimum order requirement. Orders smaller than the required minimum have a longer lead time as we need to consolidate onto a "stock" order. If you need a faster lead time, simply exceed the minimum order amount.

and since you would need to unhand the door to remove the existing door bottom, I would reccommend a direct and exact replacement. Is there any chance you can hire a local handyman?
Or if you proceeded with removing the existing bottom and installing a new bottom where the replacement seal is installed in the side of the bottom, you would possibly find it possible to maintain and replace the bottom in the future (although truth be told, sliding out a worn vinyl is not difficult, sliding a new replacement back in might prove a challenge without removing the door from the hinges.
