NEW! One-button, one-channel, water-resistant, long range supervised transmitter designed for use in emergency applications, with wristband and pendant mounting accessories, pendant has adjustable lanyard with breakaway release, 2-color activation indicator. The Model DXS-LRC is a battery powered, miniature water-resistant, supervised transmitter designed for use in emergency applications with Linear’s DX and DXS Format receivers. The transmitter is "convertible" - for installation into either the wristband, or pendant mounting accessory.

The DXS-LRC is compatible with Linear’s existing and future generations of PERS Consoles and alarm panel systems.

Q: Can the battery be replaced in this unit?
A: The unit’s battery is not replaceable.
Q: will this work with Colonial Medical boxes? Do you have the receiving control box that pairs up with these transmitters?
A: I am unsure if the Linear DXS-LRC Supervised Convertible Long Range Emergency Transmitter would work with Colonial Medical boxes however the Personal Emergency Reporting System from the manufacturer are the following 3 model numbers PERS-4200, PERS-2400B & PERS-3600B as seen here:

Q: how do we program the new one
A: This would be done at the receiver. Which receiver do you have?
Q: cuanto es el alcance en metros del dispositivo
A: The manufacturer does not provide this data but I have had clients use this device between 25-50 meters though the range will depend on the enviornment.
