Q: What is the part number for the plate and the 2030 cylinder?
A:
Part numbers listed below:
2030-3071 cylinder assembly includes the closer cylinder and finish plate.
2030-3971 is the cylinder only.
2030-3002 is the finish plate.
2030-3077T is the arm.
2030-3038 is the track.
2030-3034 is the non-hold open roller.
2030-3034H is the hold open roller for product made on or after Feb. 8th, 2016.
2030-169 is the bumper
2030-3054 is the hold open clip (block)
Q: Is there an identification chart for all the different rollers that LCN has?
A:
The "3034" and "3034H" are internal part designation that LCN uses to specify regular (3034) and hold open (3034H) rollers. All the rollers are not the same, it is dependent on closer model AND where applicable, if closer has a hold open track. So when ordering a roller you have to specify the closer model with either the 3034 or 3034H to be sure to get the correct roller. Example -Part # 2030-3034H - is a hold open roller for the 2030 series closer. Roller Identification Chart for product shipped on or after Feb 8th, 2016 see here:
