JAM PlasticsJAM Plastics' modern, 32,500 square foot facility houses our injection molding machines, clean rooms, mold building and repair shop, quality and inventory control management, engineering support and customer service operations. We will design, build (domestically or in Asia), maintain and repair your injection molds. We manufacture prototype and high volume injection molded, insert molded and assembled plastic components for our customers with our 16 molding machines that range from 22 tons to 500 tons with shot capacity up to 60 ounces. We also support secondary processes including general and clean room assembly, sonic welding, hot stamping, and pad printing.
