Q: My local library has 2 doors with Jackson Exit Device Model 1085 that they want to be able to enter from the outside once you exit but the doors have a lock that springs back open. They have had a big turnover from Librarians in the past couple of years and no one has a key to these locks on the doors. Is there a way the locks can be dogged out with the key? I came across some of your youtube videos and figured it would be worth a try to contact you before buying all new hardware. We dont have any local locksmiths that I am aware of.
