Q: whats the bolt spacing center to center?

is 5”
Q: Will these replacement jaws fit my Wilton 1780?
A: I do not sell jaws for your unit but I'm not aware of any of the jaws for the Record/Irwin vise having 4” centers.
What about the idea of ordering the T8D, and then simply re-drilling the stepped hole? i've never done this before and I'm not sure if it will work but I imagine that it would.
Q: My only worry is at what strength is it hardened to because they are drilled before the hardening process, would hate to crack it.
A: That is a valid worry and unfortunately I cannot answer that question.
Q: Do you have a technical drawing of these jaws? I want to know the hole-to-hole of the screw at jaw & what M (screw metric size) does the screw uses?
