Q: Hello, my name is Lance Hale and I am the maintenance director at Palmyra health and rehab located at 2727 palmyra rd, palmyra tn 37142. We have your 232 keypads through out our facility. Due to the recent coronavirus outbreak we are placing our facility on lockdown which requires I change the codes to the doors. I followed the programming directions to change the code, which worked just fine however then old code still works. Is there a way I could reset all the available codes so that only one code works? I tried to YouTube it however I could not find the information I am looking for. Basically is there a way to set the keypad to all defaults? Please let me know as soon as possible due to the fact that we are executing a lockdown and controlled entry to our facility. Please feel free to contact me on this email - Thank you for your time.

A: This may be just simply a matter of needing to delete user codes which is listed in the programming manual as seen on page 3 item 5 as seen here:

Q: Can i control 2 doors with 2 different codes

A: No. While the IEI 232W Flush Mount Weather Resistant Keypad has multiple form C relays for output, they cannot be mounted individually and code controlled.
