A: Which "set screw" are you referring to? Are you meaning the pin that interfaces with the L bracket to move the latch?

A: The Dor-o-matic 1790 Device includes all of the necessary parts to accept a cylinder from the exterior side and is set at factory for night latch (NL) function and if the tenants are able to hold the latch back the device has obviously been converted to the hold back (HB) function.
