Q: We have some of these units but are missing tumbler locks. Can you please specify which 2055 keyed lock I should order. I ordered one but it does not have a clasp, just a short offset locking post P15-402. The ones I have are longer with a hooked clasp
A: The proper lock cylinder (complete with spring clip and key) for the Bradley 250-15 Paper Towel Dispenser is the
Bradley P15-400 Set of Replacements P10-565 Lock, Clip, & Key Kit as seen here:

Q: Hi, I happened to view your video about our 250-15 towel dispenser. You make reference about the screws. The tech date sheet you're referencing is old, I believe from 2003. Please see current TD sheet: The current TD sheet states that the screws are not included, which is correct. We no longer include them as we don't know what kind of wall is being used. I am impressed that you have created so many videos regarding our products, as well as so many other products. I hope all your efforts are paying off for you. I thought I would at least explain why there is the discrepancy. Thanks again for your continued loyalty to Bradley. Rob [removed]
A: Thank you Rob - we have updated the link to the TDS and appreciate your time and review. Any other suggestions, concerns or even product reviews you would like to have us made, please don't hesitate to ask.
Q: Hello, I am wondering if you have any of the Bradley lock tumblers with the latch attached with a bolt rather than a rivet, so that I can change out latch's as appropriate. We have at least there different applications I am trying to get on the same 2055 key, and even those are not always the same length and/ or bend Thank You
A: All of the bradley locks that I am familiar with employ a assembly method that prevents the removal of the cam on the back side of the lock.
My only suggestion to allow you to be able to use different applications with the same key or to simply replace all of the locks on all of the installations with a cylinder type construction that will permit you to remove and swap out different cams as the application dictates.
If this suggestion is at all a workable solution please reply to this email as such.
Q: I'm sorry. You're reply was a little convoluted. Are you suggesting I just purchase the paper towel dispensers you linked to? Here is a new idea. What is the product with the longest straight latch. I will just get those and bend and machine them to my purposes. Thank You
A: If I had cam locks, all keyed alike (although not to the Bradley 2055 key) with a removable cam and dozens of different cams possibilities, would this work?
Q: Hi What is the price on the set you're referring to. Could you send a pic and link to that? I wish I had know I had that option. With almost thirty already installed, I am already pretty invested in the 2055 keyed Bradley locks. Could you send me a link, a pick and item # of the 2055 Bradley with a long straight latch
A: Bradley does not have any locks with a long flat cam. To do this would mean to replace all locksets in the system. A general cost for a cam lock would be something long the lines of the Compx NLC8051KA415-14A as seen here:

with the advantage being you have available to you a near endless quantity of cam options as seen on page 23 of the Compx full line catalog here:
