Q: How would I clean out the pump? No soap is coming out and the tank is full.
A: Flushing the unit with warm water after every soap change is the recommended maintenance and it souds like you will need either a repair kit as seen here:

Q: Thank you for your prompt response. How would I remove the valve for cleaning?
A: There is a nut on the inside wall of the dispenser. Remove the unit from the wall, reclaim the soap from the unit and you should be able to see it.
Q: I recently ordered four of these soap dispensers and need to purchase 2 additional keys, is that possible?
A: Indeed yes it is possible to purchase the key for the Bradley number 6562. It would be known as the
Bradley P19-140 Mounting Kit Which includes the backplate the screws and then the key that you are looking for as seen here:

Q: Having a bit of trouble sliding this over the plate once its been secured to the wall! Anyone have advice?
A: Be sure that you have backed out the securing screw that you can only get access to from the fill door. If youre not back the screw out you wont be able to slide the unit down onto the wall plate.
