Q: Is it possible to weld 2 self-closing hinges together and create a double action hinge? The door weight Appx 60-70 lbs
A: I am tempted to say yes (although you are out there on your own type situation as far as the hinge manufacturer is concerned - LOL).

Take note of the swag on the hinge leaf. This will not allow your hinge to sit flush on the cased jamb and when stacking them together in this way will cause your margin between the hinge jamb and the door stile to be approx. 1"
We cannot do the welding here but am tempted to say with 3 - hinges made in this fashion, you might have a reasonable solution.
Q: What is the spring made from on this hinge?
A: The spring is not stainless steel – it is however a coated steel spring. Coated with GEOMET as defined here:
