Q: Can I get the handle and the bolt that goes through the red handle

A: You certainly can, that would be the entire hold open arm assembly and those are handed and can be seen here:

As you can see there is more than one that unit so we will want to be sure to supply you with the correct assembly and the way in which to ensure that is to send us photographs of your unit and possibly, if it is on the side wall of the roof hatch, your serial number as well.

Q: Gentlemen, You misunderstood my question, or rather I did not give you the whole picture. I have the whole assembly but only need the handle, which has disappeared. The rest of the assembly is there. Can I just get the handle and the blt that connects it to the assembly arm?

A: Unfortunately that handle is not mechanically fastened. See the image of the back of the handle as seen here which shows that it is a welded component as seen here:
