A: Left hand is defined as you face the exterior of the roof hatch on the lift side and when the door is open and you are on the roof looking at the inside of the unit, the hold open arm will be on the left.

A: In order to determine the proper hold open arm on your unit please reply to this email with photographs and most certainly the serial number should appear on the sidewall.

A: A 30 x 18 is likely the minimum size that this would work on even though that is a non-standard size it can be made but a more common size would be the 30” x 36”.

If you are looking for replacement parts your best that is to send us photographs of the hatch and hardware and most importantly a serial number if there is one on the sidewall of your unit.
