Release “h” Cable with Flexible Cable for Ansul Checkfire 110 and 210 Detection and Actuation Systems.
Detection and Release “h” Cables replace Single Tees: In extreme vibration applications, tee connections, when not properly secured may create faults. Flexible cable testing has shown that straight cable connections are not susceptible to extreme vibration. The Detection Circuit “h” Assembly has cables, approximately 15 in. (0.38 m), with the overall length of 2.8 ft. (0.85 m). The Release Circuit “h” Assembly has longer cables approximately 19.7 in. (0.5 m) on each leg, with an overall cable length slightly over 3.3 ft. (1 m). Both “h” cables are assembled with the new flexible cable. The “h” cables provide a straight cable connection to detection and release cables which can be secured using the Connector Clamp providing additional IP protection and securement. The Detection and Release “h” cables utilizing the new flexible cable will be offered in place of existing tees, and the Y and h connectors.
