A: I regret to say say the vendor for this item does not offer for sale the bolts or washers for this towel bar and frankly required an entire new bard be ordered. Sorry we cannot provide better news -

Q: I need mount hole requirement to be 3/8" Do you have any 24" chrome shower door towel bar with that hole size?
A: We do not have a grab bar specifically intended for a ?” hole however I do know that people have successfully installed our stock AIW SDP3/4-24-CP Bright Chrome 24" Shower Door Towel Bar into a hole that is 3/8 diameter although they're not able to use the bushing that comes with it and if I was to attempt this installation I would simply be sure to very carefully insulate any metal from touching the inside hole drilled through the glass.
