Q: What is the degree of rotation on the hub of the MS1847-13-630 ?
A: When viewing the MS1847-13-630 from the manufacturers perspective as seen here:

The degree of rotation to put that vertical hub and the latch latch bolt into a unlatched position would require a counterclockwise rotation of the hub. If you were standing on the opposite side of that drawing it would therefore require a clockwise rotation of the hub.
When considering order the -13 variant versus the -11 variant the important consideration to take into account is the position of the thumb turn when unlocking the unit meaning if you were viewing the -13 variant from the above link and you had to rotate the hub counterclockwise you need to be sure that the trim thumb piece does not interfere with the jam or any case work. Simply stated you may not be able to rotate it far enough to get the latch to unlatch which is why people will order the -11 variant.
Q: I'm looking for a hook latch that will latch upon closing with out doing a secondary action. "Lock out" possibility is not a concern. I am looking for dead latching upon closing on a sliding door, no outside entrance function is required, no keyd locking, no exterior activation of any kind. Do you have any products that function like this?
A: Yes we do - on the exterior do you want a trim or do you want no trim whatsoever?
