Q: Hello I am the Hardware Dept Manager at [removed]. We ordered (2) ea 6654 push/pull units from you on our PO [removed]. Our techs reached the job site and claim that they did not receive the mortise cases for these units (they only had the material you see in the attached photos). In my opinion there could not possibly have been a mortise case in this box, so I hope you will tell me that there should have been a separate box with the mortise case in it. I need to look high and low throughout my department to see if there was a separate box that got set aside with other hardware somehow, so I’d greatly appreciate if you had any way to show how the whole product SHOULD look. I wonder if you could even tell by the weight of this particular shipment whether or not the mortise cases shipped with the push/pull handles (I realize this is not possible with every shipping system, but I had to ask). Thank you for whatever you can do to help, or even to point me in the right direction.
