2GIG was acquired by Nortek in April of 2013 and placed under the Linear family of products. Linear’s broad array of offerings include access control and security solutions, health and wellness technology products, heating and cooling equipment, as well as central vacuum, garage door and other solutions for residential and commercial applications. Linear also has an entire line of Z-Wave lighting products, expanding 2GIG’s home control options.
