Q: Hi. I need the 23-0065 with a lockset. Is this available. Deborah
A: Indeed yes it is available - in order to configure an entire lockset there will be a few questions that we need to ask to make sure that the part number we generate is accurate. It would be best if you had a tape measure and we're at the doorway when calling.

Q: I have a Adams rite lock mechanism in a sliding door that I would like to replace. The part number is he 0065 and he 0066. Just making sure if I order the necessary part numbers will I have everything I need. Including screws and locking key mechanism
A: Purchasing the & 0065 0066 does not constitute an entire locks up only the exterior and interior trim pieces and nothing else is included whatsoever meaning no lock body and no screws to hold anything together. Do you believe that you need an entire lock assembly?
Q: If that is the case then no. I have the frames and screws and it functions properly, I believe. But i have lost the key. So in that case I would just need the locking insert cylinder p/n 29-0442-02?
A: In this instance if the only trouble is that you have lost the key you would literally only purchase the exterior trim and that would give you a new trim, a new cylinder and along with that two new keys and this would be the way to go alternatively Indeed you would order only the replacement cylinder which will come with two keys. The correct cylinder is indeed the Adams Rite 29-0442-02 Insert Cylinder W/ 2 Keys (Schlage "C" Keyway)

Q: I have a stacking door with a 23-0065 outside and a HE-0066 inside and I would like a handle to grab inside and a flange to grab on the outside. Also a key lock would be great.
A: The Adams Rite 4413-02 Grip Pull for 4189/4190 Series as seen here:

is used for the 4189 series locksets.
How thick is your door and do you want to replace the entire lock?
Q: The door is 1.5” thick an I would replace the whole lock set. I do not have to have a key lock handle.
A: I need to see an image of the edge of your door to determine whether the lock body has square corners or radius corners. Please reply to those this email with those photograph(s).
