Zero Z955 Left Hand Reverse Cam Lift Mortise Type Hinge
Mortise Type Hinge
Handing: This is a left hand reverse hinge
Material: 1020 Stainless Steel, precision investment cast
Finish: 630 (US32D)
Size: 4.5” x 4.5” x 0.134"
Door Rating (1 1/2 pairs): Up to 200 lbs.
Screw Size (metal doors): 12-24 x 3/4" UC
Lift (180º opening): 3/16"
Pin: Hardened tool steel. Hardened & chrome finished to Rockwell C 60 to meet ASME/ANSI B 18.3 specs.
Specs: Minimum clearance at head of frame is 3/16". For doors greater than 1-3/4" clearance is 1/4”.
Note: For Z950 and Z9500 screws must be engaged no less than .350” in ASTM A-36 steel reinforcement.
For use with EMI/RFI and soundinsulating doors utilizing acoustical seals.
Cam action greatly improves the sealing characteristics along the door perimeter, lifting and lowering the door with the swing.
Cam Lift Hinges will not bind door standards
Tested with LCN 4041 Series original.
