I believe the original was a Zero Mfg. # 950 Swing Clear , in 10 B these are on a Sound Door that is 2-1/2” thick.. but they are 10B….. ???? Please verify you received this info .. Thank you!! Bud R.
A: We can indeed help you with these hinges and they are indeed cam lift hinges and because the vertical axis of pivoting is offset from where a standard hinge would be they would be marginally considered swing clear as well.
Having said this the only finish they are available it is indeed stainless steel with a brushed finish, are handed and are several hundreds of dollars per hinge.
These heart kept in stock.

Q: What is a Cam Lift Hinge?
A: Cam Lift Hinges are specially designed hinges used mainly on acoustical door assemblies. The Cam Lift Hinge lifts the door during its travel and seats the door bottom for a positive seal in the closed position. When using Cam Lift Hinges, there are application limitations to the closers, auto operators and holders. Be sure to ask to confirm compatibility when using cam lift hinges with other pieces of hardware.
Q: Do you have a closer and auto operator that would work with cam lift hinges? If so please provide product specs.
A: I have reviewed the compatibility of cam lift hinges and closers and automatic operators and my prior research has concluded that the rate and amount of height increase presented by the cam lift hinge will not present a major (or minor) problem to the door closer or an auto operator - I would proceed confidently knowing that this would be compatible.
Feel free to reply to this email with a specific hardware set for further review.
Q: Can a Cam Lift hinge be used with LCN closers?
A: Cam Lift hinges can only be used with LCN door closers that have a "Regular" style arm.
Manual Closers:
Maximum lift dimension is 3/4".
Can not be use EDA, CUSH, or Track Arm door closers.
Automatic Operators:
Maximum lift dimension is 3/4".
Can not be use EDA, CUSH, or Track Arm door closers.
Operators have a maximum opening force to push door up the cam of 15 lbs. *(seen note)
Fire/Life Safety - Hold Open Closers:
Maximum lift dimension is 3/4".
Can not be use EDA, CUSH, or Track Arm door closers.
Door weight (heavy door) will reduce the closers ability to hold door open.
