Innovative cost effective access door. 16 ga. return frame and uniweld construction allows for an aesthetically pleasing appearance and square fit in all wall and ceiling applications. The frame is laser cut from one sheet of steel for visual aesthetics.

24 1/4" x 24 1/4"
Door:
16 ga. steel. Trim being 1-1/2" wide
Frame:
18 ga. steel having a depth of 1-3/4"
Finish:
Grey baked enamel coat
Hinge:
Full length semi-concealed piano hinge
Latches:
Flush, stainless steel cam latch
