Q: 3 ½” and 4” is the diameter inside the black ring. Cone size would be slightly smaller. Thanks.
A: Based on this information I would suggest the Tomlinson-Modular 1905842 Replacement Gasket which dispenses 2-3/16" to 3-3/8" ice cream cones in cake, double or waffle types.
