Questions and Answers

Q: how do you adjust the kawneer bottom pivot hinge

A: you need to loosen the allen screw, then the bottom spindle from the frame postion can be turned up / down to allow 1/8" maximum vertical adjustment (just need a wrench albeit it a very thin wrench if the door is hung but your best bet it to unhang the door to adjust) and then tighten the allen screw again once adjusted
