Q: I have the Stanley MC521 and my pushbuttons are not activating the doors. I was wondering if you could tell me why

A: How many push plates do you have? Two? Are they wireless. Are all push plates not working?

Q: how fix fault b1 in stanley mc521?

Q: With regards to PROGRAMING this module. It Comes Programed or thats done separately?

A: This of course will require programming at the time of installation - this can be done either with a handheld device with the software loaded and then the Stanley 314096 Bluetooth Adapter Kit for Stanley Magic Force Swing Door Opener as seen here:
