Q: I have the Soss 218RG3 and I need to replace one of my templates and I understand that the individual templates are different than just simply purchasing the Soss 218-IT because the units that come with the complete kit are routed for the channels to fit over. how would I order the exact replacement template for the entire kit?
A:
You can just order a 218IT. They are now designed to fit into the railing system you already have. Also, for future reference, if you want to use that railing system on a different sized door, you would only need to buy new templates. For example, if you bought three 216IT’s, you could put them into that railing system and you would then have a “216RG3”. I hope that helps!
Q: Please tell me the replacement part number for your 218RG3 and if you have a cut sheet for the replacement model please send that as well

The replacement for this part is 1RGS (rail system) and 3 templates: 218IT.
