Q: Which router bit and guide would be compatible to use with compact Rigid 2401 router?

A: The Rigid 2401 router is the incorrect choice to prep doors/frames for Soss 216 hinges. There is not a guide that will attach to the stock base of the Rigid 2401 router and this Rigid tool is "really" a laminate trimmer. We do rent the plunge router with the guide and bit. You buy the hinges and template from us and you can rent the tool as well.
