Mounts on surface of frame above most brands of concealed continuous geared hinges
Made from durable, high-tech gray polymer
Gray color
Securely fastens to door frame header
Includes a small TIPIT® and one (1) #10 Torx® security screw.
Fits SELECT hinge models SL11, SL14, SL18, SL24, SL26, SL27, SL31, SL38, SL44, SL48 and SL84
Retrofit applications: Fits above SELECT brand and most other brands of concealed geared continuous hinges. (See TIPIT L for SL71 and other concealed safety geared continuous hinges.) Includes small TIPIT® and one (1) Torx® security screw.
Available in Grey for Clear Anodized Hinges (CL) or Black for Dark Bronze Anodized Hinges (BR)
Whether as a retrofit application for existing hinges or in new construction, the TIPIT will deter patients or inmates from harming themselves by hanging objects from the hinge.
