Q: We are looking for a replacement keypad membrane for a Schlage FE 595 door lock. We are hoping you might be able to assist us with this as I have been unsuccessful at finding the part number.

A: They don’t offer it separately. The factory said have your customer either call or e-mail consumer warranty. E-mail would be better as they will want a picture of the lock; interior, exterior, and the latch plate.

Good Afternoon, Thank you for reaching out to Schlage Support! I would be happy to assist. The part number for the keypad membrane is F206-458. Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns.

then when we went back to ask for additional information Schlage again confirmed the the following message:

Per [name removed] at Schlage Residential: F206-458. This is not a sellable Part Number If this is a defective issue, the homeowner will need to take a picture of the lock and send it to the following email address with a detailed explanation. ConsumerSchlage@Allegion.com
