A: The answer is no - a CEP primus 1+ will not pass into a regular or classic Schlage C or E keyway.
Please see below, and let me know if there are further questions you have. I have listed out some examples to help explain, this is if the cylinder/key are pinned/cut to the same biting.
(CEP) key will go in to a (CE) cylinder.
(CP) key will go into a (C) cylinder.
(EP) key could be used in a (E) cylinder.
