Effective April 15, 2024; All paper Signature Cards and Facesheets and letters of Authorization (LOA) will no longer be accepted for new or existing End User accounts. An Electronic Restricted Product Authorization (RPA) is required.
The End User will need to create a profile on the Restricted Product Site to gain access and create electronic authorizations for future orders.
