I would ask them to explain how it is that the door is locking on them when the button shown in the attached image is clearly in the unlocked position.
Understanding the actual problem - the client would be best served by simply installing a wall stop such as the item as seen here :

The hole that is in that concave. is specifically intended to receive the push button so to prevent the automatic unintentional relocking of the door If a wall shop is not an option but we can certainly sell them keyed locks that will only have a button that turns and does not push and I would calculate about $20 each for those
