83" Standard Duty Concealed Safety Hinge - Dark Bronze Aluminum Finish
For medium frequency doors
"Safety Hinge" for kindergarten classrooms, nursing homes, daycare centers, etc. (when used without frame stop)
Inset: 1/16"
Clearance: 13/16" (8mm) hinge side plus standard lockside clearance
Frame and door leaf alignment rib for proper hinge and door location
Door Reinforcement: None required to 200 lbs. Heavier use 16 gauge channel

Dril-Kwik screws
Field Modifications: While Roton Continuous Geared Hinges can be field cut, any product modifications may void all warranties. Should in-the-field modifications be required, cut only from bottom of hinge. Do not cut through bearings or screw holes.
