A: There are to be 4 plastic anchors supplied with each #489 stop. The plastic anchors are supplied as an optional anchor to be used with the 4 ea. #12 x 1 1/2" FH WS in case you have a concrete, tile or otherwise type of wall ceiling condition where a plastic anchor is the best choice for fastening the angle stop -
