Ideal for use when edge-mounted flush bolts are installed
Mortise can be placed anywhere within the doors thickness
No bottom rail fasteners
Can use two automatic door bottoms for better sound and energy protection
Self-extinguishing silicone gasket
Seals a maximum gap of 3/4"
Effective gap coverage is 3/8" to 11/16"
