Pemko has a minimum order requirement. Orders smaller than the required minimum have a longer lead time as we need to consolidate onto a "stock" order. If you need a faster lead time, simply exceed the minimum order amount.

There is none the smaller profile which is the Dorbin 32Z 36" Zinc Hook Strip as seen here:
I would suggest you take a close look at the Dorbin as it is likely the item you are looking for.

of the interlocking threshold we have. We put new plank flooring in and we are trying to avoid the J hook from rubbing on the transition piece hence needing 3/16 radius. By looking at this picture would you say we are on the correct path as far as the part number 32z and the style threshold we have?

what you might want to consider is abandoning the hooks trip altogether if it wont fit with your applied floor then use an automatic door bottom such as the Pemko SA3 36" Mill Finish Aluminum Automatic Door Bottom as seen here:
This unit will mount on the push side of the door and allow you to completely avoid the conflict that you have with the flooring condition - the way this unit operates is that when the door is closed the unit drops in as soon as the doors open it lifts back up and out and over the obstacle at which it has to clear including your threshold and floor.
