Pemko has a minimum order requirement. Orders smaller than the required minimum have a longer lead time as we need to consolidate onto a stock order. If you need a faster lead time, simply exceed the minimum order amount.

I would certainly just drill and then I would insert silicone not only into the holes but on the entire back side of the drip cap once I had it positioned and had all of my holes pre-drilled and then I would simply wipe away the excess after the installation was complete.
