Q: Is this U shapped door shoe for a 1 3/4" (1.75") door and can you trim it for me to 35 1/4" (35.25")
A: Yes to both questions - simply indicate in the comment field when ordering the item the net length that you would like for us to trim the item to.
Q: -- I don’t write reviews about any product but I have to say the product is solid and it should do what is intended for when I get it cut to the size I order it from the seller. The order was for a Pemko 217PWPK 36 painted white aluminum door shoe to be trimmed to 35.5” inch length. However, it was timed to 35.75”. The product was trimmed .25” length which I cannot use at this moment since I need it trimmed to 35.5”.
A: Thank you for reporting this to us and as you know already we have communicated to you and to the manufacturer working towards resolution of the error in manufacturing the item at the proper length you requested - my support department will continue to communicate to you and to the manufacturer until this is resolved.

A: I have received your message and I have contacted my proper internal department for correction - you ordered it very specifically a certain length. We instructed the manufacturer to ship it at that specific length and you paid for that specific length. We will get this corrected and will communicate back to you.
