A: That term is generally called ghosting - you need to make sure that there are no reflective surfaces or perhaps debris that is being pushed around on the outside that would trigger it and at the end you'll need to begin to play with the sensor settings to try to determine if ghosting is a problem or if there's some other physical scenario that is triggering the sensor to activate.
