Q: I need a transition strip between uneven level floors. transition varies from 1/2" to 1.25" over a length of 36" Transition can be upto 7" wide. Not sure of any of your aluminum transitions are flexible enough to accommodate the variation.

As requested here are photos. I would appreciate any suggestions you might have:

A: I have indeed received your images and if taking time to thoughtfully review how I might go about solving this problem. First I can tell you that I do not have a transition strip or aluminum solution to this sort of uneven floor surface and I believe that what you have is simply a problem to its carpentry can provide us a solution. In essence I would suggest that you manufacture your own transition.

We don’t cut the 8132 down, I’m afraid; it’s one of the very few things we don’t do custom. I’m sorry!
