A: Our mounting boxes, including the 1035, can be mounted in a variety of ways. These could include using double sided adhesive tape, other adhesives, or even using screws driven through the bottom of the box directly into the wall behind. Depending on the surface that you are mounting the box to, certain methods would work better than others. There aren’t holes prepped because the boxes are commonly used for both wired and wireless applications. In wired applications, a hole is typically drilled into the bottom or side of the box to accommodate cabling or conduit. If you have any additional questions, please contact us.
