Q: Do we offer a RX switch for the 17 or 18 device?
A:
This option is not available. The 17 & 18 Series devices were discontinued in August 2009 and the new Falcon RX Switch is mounted to a bracket that fits in the pushpad itself. This bracket is designed for the newer 24/25 pushpad and will not fit in the 17 or 18 series device.
Q: Can an 18-R-L be converted to L-NL function in the field?
A:
Yesm the conversion from L to L-NL can be accomplished on the Monarch 18 Rim. Contact technical support for details. Message from manufacturer was:
Follow step 6 of the 18-R instructions to convert trim function to Night Latch(L-NL).
